Okay, so... Thursday was easy. Friday though Sunday was harder.
I went to visist my sister and her baby on Friday. We went out to lunch and instead of getting a cheeseburger or pasta I got a Chicken Wrap (and I took my vitamin with lunch). It was pretty good and I only a few fries fromthe plate (less than 5). I also had a Iced Tea. I had nothing else that night. Working out? I did 10 minutes because I was so tired by the driving back and forth. My sister lives about a half hour from where I live. We also went shopping and I was on my feet a lot during the day.
Saturday, was a little harder. I didn't eat breakfast because I got up a bit later than I wanted to. I had some things I wanted to get done and I did complete them. After my mom came back from the grocery store I ended up making Chicken and Dumplings. I learned how to make it in Ohio and it was probably the only thing from Ohio that I liked (honestly). I ate about a cup of this which was more than I wanted to eat. I also had a half a cup of venice mango water ice and vanilla soft serve ice cream (it comes together!). So yummy! I didn't work out this day. =(
Sunday. My nephew who I haven't seen came over for a few hours. He was over by 11 AM so I tried to get in at least 15 minutes prior to him visiting. I accomplished that! Thank God. Later in the day my sister and her daughter came down as well. We all went to the lake. I went swimming! I love swimming. So instead of doing a hardcore workout I swam on and off for over an hour. By that night I was so tired I went to bed early. For some reason swimming gives me headaches (most of the time) and by 9PM my head was killing me. I had a turkey and cheese sandwhich for lunch. No breakfast. For dinner I had a cup of spaghetti. My family has pasta about 4 times a week and at least 2 nights we have potatoes. Not very healthy in the least.
Monday, the first day of our heat wave, if that's what you want to call it. I didn't want to do ANYTHING on Monday. I didn't want to work or think or anything. I went to work and took the remainder of my Chicken wrap with me. I also had a 100 Calorie pack of the Sandies. For dinner my mother made Fried Chicken! I took a paper towel and got most of the grease out of it otherwise I wouldn't have ate it. I'm very picky with fried foods. I only had the chicken for dinner. I just realized thatI had so much chicken recently lol. Before going to bed I made pancakes. I wanted something sweet and something easy to make. I added a half a tsp of vanilla extract and a little too much cinnamon but they came out great. I make them pretty small for some reason. I had two of these as a snack.
Tuesday. working again. For breakfast I had two of my small pancakes, no butter or syrup. I didn't bring anything to lunch to work but I had chicken for lunch. I mixed it up with corn and lima beans. I usually don't like lima beans but I didn't mind it mixed together. I also added a tsp of ranch dressing to give it a little more flavor. Yes, I actually measured it! I had popcorn for a snack tonight. Half a bag because popcorn is an addiction. I gave my mom the other half and she got mad that it was only a half. Oh well!
Wednesday. Today! Worked 10 hours and in fact I am at work now. For breakfast I made eggs. I wanted something other than pancakes. I did mix a slice of turkey and half a plum tomato into it. It was so good. Lunchtime I made a sandwhich only because it was the easiest thing. One piece of cheese (american) and a slice of turkey. White bread (I usually don't eat white bread). I am not home from work yet so I don't know what I am going to eat for dinner. All I know is that I am hungry!

Some reason it feels like this is becoming easier. I did better with the DVD today. I was pushing myself hard which is great. The back of my legs ache but I am loving every second of it. In a way I feel like working out is giving me some type of self confidence which I've been lacking. I didn't feel ashamed to jog with my dog today unlike other days I would try and easily give up. I am getting a lot of support. My father, for the FIRST time in his life, said that he was proud of me last night when I told him that from June I lost 10 pounds. He was actually proud of me. Wow, I still can't believe it. This woman I see at my school when I am there.. she supports me even if she doesn't know it. Dawn, I thank you. I know that you have no idea you even support me but you do. Mostly, Vince. I cherish the times I can talk to him. He supports me even though he doesn't know it either. Thank you Vince. Of course my mother, my best friend, my sister and some other of my friends do as well. Thank you!

Horrible day to work out. I was at work from 9-6 PM. I was able to run up and down the steps in the foyer a few times and when it got chilly in the office I stepped outside for a few minutes (like 5-10) to stretch and get my body moving. After work I went to bingo (which wasn't fun tonight-thanks to mean/rude people). When I got home I did have a few minutes to work out. I didn't do a DVD because of the time and I would also have to get up early tomorrow. I did the same "5 Minute" routine from Kim's "Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt". I can totally feel it within my abs right now. Instead of only doing it for 5 minutes I do it longer. My legs don't feel as bad as they did yesterday. I'm constantly keeping my body doing something while I am at work and sitting in class or even waiting in line.
Think Healthy. Think Good Thoughts. Accomplish Goals.
Follow me on Twitter! - www.twitter.com/alyvepiras - I post randomly during the day. Esp when I am bored or sitting in class. haha.. I know, that's not the best but I get away with it. Tomorrow is my last day of class but I do have to work.
Oh, last night I was finding people to be "friends" with on here. I want to thank everyone who is now my friend. I know I only have a few. I hope we will be able to inspire and motivate each other into being the people we want to be.
Hmm... If it doesn't rain tomorrow maybe I can get down to the lake and go swimming for a little! Yay! I <3 swimming.
Anyone else watch Paris Hilton My New BFF? I love Stephen!

DVD: N/A I decided to do a smaller routine during the day being I was home alone. I took some of the techniques from the DVD from last night and incorporated it into the time today. At the very end of the video there is a special "5 Minute" routine which I turned into a 20 minute one with some warm-up prior.

Other: pill at 8:50 AM, glass of water when I woke up, bottle of water prior to first workout as well one after, second workout I had a bottle of water near me for when I needed it.
This morning when I woke up I didn't hurt much until I stood up. My legs were aching so much!
Before I ate dinner I did a quick 20 minute workout. Maybe 20 minutes isn't as quick but I could feel it working. After the half hour I was still excited to do another round! The second time I was ALMOST able to keep up with it! It was quick. For the part that I got confused on I just did my own thing but I kept moving! That's the important thing. I've been less and less hungry, yay!
All day today...when I was waiting or talking to someone I casually added in a step or two or did something I learned from the first DVD I did. I can totally feel it!
I think that the ultimate test for me would be to go out with my friends or my family for dinner and see what I choose to eat. I know that I'll leave half or more on the plate like I usually do. I'm one of those people who usually know exactly what I want when we go somewhere. Honestly, I do feel that I make sensible choices when it comes to eating. I'm not eating the fried chicken, french fries, salad with loads of dressing and I've not been like that for a while. I'm extremely picky now, more than I was before. The problem I have is when I don't have a chance to eat something before or during work...so when I come home I eat.. and often tend to over-eat.
I wrote up some of this this afternoon after the first time I worked out. I came back and edited it though. Now, I'm going to eat my snack pack and get ready to watch the Finale of Paris Hilton's TV Show on MTV.
